Working Together

Maybe you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or have a desire to know yourself better. It can help to have a place to talk where you won’t be judged, or burdened with what other people think is best for you. Getting started, we will talk together. If we establish a sense of comfort with one another, we will think about the issues that are impacting you, opening space for change.

I offer in-person and remote therapy for adults, adolescents, and partnerships. If you feel like I could be helpful to you, please call or email me to discuss therapy together.

Background and Interests

My training is in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. In addition to my private practice, I work in intensive outpatient treatment for OCD, anxiety, and trauma, and I previously provided therapy in a community mental health setting for people living with HIV/AIDS.

I trained at the Wright Institute Los Angeles (WILA), a psychoanalytic psychotherapy training center and community mental health clinic in West Los Angeles. I am currently studying with the Psychoanalytic Hub for Online Liberatory Education (P-HOLE). I am also a 2025-2026 Fellow with the American Psychoanalytic Association (APsA).

I studied depth psychological theory and practice in the Masters in Counseling Psychology program at Pacifica Graduate Institute. My undergraduate studies were in media and film theory, production, and studio art at Pitzer College.
